Tasty Tomato Bisque

Shout out to Laura for converting me to tomato bisque!! I don't like tomatoes...and I dream about and crave this bisque. Sooo ridiculously good! Serve with Rhodes rolls.

Tasty Tomato Bisque

Ingredients:
1 T. olive oil
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
3 cloves garlic
1 quart chicken broth, plus more as needed
1 (28-oz) can crushed San Marzano tomatoes, or about 3 1/2 cups of other crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp paprika
3 T. white long grain rice
1/2 cup heavy cream (Laura uses coconut milk)
1 or 2 tsp sugar, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne to taste
basil to garnish
