Clover's Cookin'!: The Best Bacon Salad

I kid you not, I have dreams about this salad...

Best Bacon Salad
(Thank you Joanna!!)

Bag of salad
Bag of spinach
Cashews
Mozzarella cheese
Cooked bacon (get the good kind from Costco)

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil (canola, vegetable)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 T. poppy seed
1 T. red onion (cut off big hunk)
