This is ridiculously easy and is sooo good!
Tasty Crockpot Stew
2 lbs. beef, cut into bite-sized chunks
Baby carrots
Red potatoes, quartered
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Onion soup mix packet or Onion soup mix substitute
Onion soup mix substitute
1/4 cup dry minced onion
6 beef bouillon cubes (I am high-tech and put my bouillon cubes in a ziploc bag and smashed it with hammer to break up into powder)
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Combine soup mix substitute with cream of mushroom soup. Layer a little of the mixture on the bottom of your large crockpot.
Put in a layer of the chunks of beef. Pour the soup mixture over the meat.
Place an even layer of baby carrots over the top, and then the quartered red potatoes.
I cooked it on high for 3 hours and then on the "warm" setting for an hour. It is ridiculously good!
ENJOY!!!
