There are not exact measurements to go along with this recipe, so add ingredients according to your taste preferences. These tacos are incredibly tasty!

Ground turkey
McCormick's taco seasoning
Salt
Corn
Tortillas
Red cabbage, shredded
Sour cream
About 1 tsp. Curry
Cilantro (one small bushel), chopped
Lime zest
Lime juice
Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning and a little salt. Once meat is done add drained corn until heated through. Place a scoop on a tortilla (Miriam likes corn tortillas--she heats them just prior to serving), and then top with a scoop of shredded red cabbage.
Mix together sour cream, curry, chopped cilantro, some lime zest, and a squeeze of lime juice. Spoon sauce on top of cabbage and meat, roll up tortilla and enjoy!
