This is restaurant quality--if not better! I love to make it with Texas Toast!
(Thank you Melanie Wathen)
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Slices of Texas toast
3 T. butter (for pan) or PAM (for griddle)
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Heat butter in pan (or spray griddle). Drop each bread slice into batter for 30 seconds. Let some batter drip off. Cook in pan (or on greased griddle) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes per side. Top with powdered sugar, fruit, whipped cream, peanut butter, syrup, or whatever your heart desires!
