(I also use this dough for homemade breadsticks!)
Christy’s Pizza

(Makes 2 Pizzas)
CRUST:
1 T. yeast
2 c. warm water
2 T. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
6 c. flour (we like to do a combination of mostly whole wheat flour and partially white)
2 eggs
Start with 3 cups of flour, and then add all of the other things, and then add rest of flour.
Bread mixer/ Knead:
Knead: 5-10 minutes
Rise for at least an hour and then knead again.
Spray pizza stone with Pam. Rolling pin to roll out dough onto stone.
Cook crust at 400 for 10-11 minutes (‘til brown).
Poke bubbles with knife.
Add sauce and toppings and then cook 12 more minutes.
SAUCE:
15 oz. can of tomato sauce
2 T. Spicy Sauce Mix for Pizza and Pasta (at Kitchen Kneads--however I don't believe they are selling it anymore)
TOPPINGS:
vegetables, meat, whatever you like!
zucchini (thinly sliced), mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peppers, pineapple, etc.
and top with a little mozzarella cheese (mild).
Taking care of your Pizza Stone:
*Spray with Pam before baking
*Cut pizza with pizza cutter and serve right off of stone
*when cooled down, rinse under hot water and use scrubber is needed but NO SOAP!
