1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 T. poppy seeds

2-3 cups chicken, cubed
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds. Pour 1/2 of mixture into baking dish. Layer cubed chicken on top of mixture. Spread other 1/2 of soup mixture on top. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
