Chicken Magnifico
29 oz. can of Tomato Sauce
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
1/8 cup dry chopped onion (or 1 bunch chopped green onion)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)
1/2 lb. uncooked whole wheat Rotini noodles
Chicken tenders or chicken breasts
Mix together sauce, soup, water, onion, and garlic. Pour half of the sauce into a greased 9x13 pan. Cover sauce with noodles. Lay chicken tenders on top of noodles. Cover with the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350, uncovered, for about 1 hour.
