1 package of Nutter Butter Cookies
1 bag of white chocolate chips or white candy melts
mini chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate according to package directions. I used candy melts from the craft store and melted them using the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute and then 20 second intervals, stirring after each one.
Dip the Nutter Butters in the white chocolate. Be sure to shake of excess by tapping the cookie on the side of the bowl and scraping the bottom too.
Lay on a cookie sheet lined with a silpat or a sheet of wax paper. Apply 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes while the chocolate is still wet. Allow to dry and set.
Witch Hats:
1 package of fudge stripe cookies
1 package of Hershey kisses
1 tube of orange frosting (or make your own and pipe)
Turn the fudge stripe cookie upside down. Take an unwrapped kiss and apply a dab of frosting. Attach to to the cookie. Take your orange frosting and pipe a ribbon around the kiss.
