I was visiting a friend when her Mom brought out these amazingly tasty cookies for us to snack on! They were fresh from the oven, and melted in my mouth. I asked her for the recipe and found that they are not only delicious but ridiculously simple and fast to make! Enjoy!
Cake Cookies
1 cake mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Combine ingredients. Place spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 5-6 minutes. (She likes hers "just barely cooked" so she cooked it for 5 minutes.)
The ones I ate were from a white cake mix and she had thrown in white chocolate chips! You can do all sorts of variations with this recipe! Get creative and have some tasty fun experiments!
