Orange Chiffon Salad (a.k.a "Orange Fluff")
3 oz. package orange Jell-o
16 oz. carton cottage cheese
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
In a large bowl, mix Jell-o with cottage cheese. Fold in the Cool Whip so it's mixed completely. Cut oranges in half (optional--I always skip that step) and add the oranges to the mixture. Cool in refrigerator for at least an hour to set up.
