Chocolate Chip Cookies

3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup chocolate chips
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour, soda, salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. (Do not grease the pan.)
Clover's Notes: Sometimes I will do 2 cups wheat and 1 cup white flour.
Also there are many variations you can do with this cookie. You can top them with Miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, marshmallows, or add butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips. Let the creativity flow, experiment, and have fun!
