This salad was served at the President’s Appreciation Dinner at LDS Business College. It really is heavenly!
Romaine lettuce
Sliced Strawberries

Heavenly Salad Dressing
Toss lettuce with strawberries, almonds, and dressing just before serving.
Heavenly Salad Dressing
¾ cup mayo
¼ cup milk
2 T. poppy seeds
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. raspberry vinaigrette
½ cup sugar
2 T. poppy seeds
2 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. raspberry vinaigrette
½ cup sugar
Mix with a stick blender or put all ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined.
Glazed Almonds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 T. butter (butter works better than margarine)
1/3 cup brown sugar
Saute all ingredients until the sugar and butter form a glaze on the almonds. May also add a bit of cinnamon.
