The Best Caramel Popcorn Ever!

(Makes two giant bowls of caramel popcorn)
1 cube butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
Stir and bring to a boil. Put candy thermometer in mixture and continue boiling until it reaches 240 degrees.
Remove from stove and quickly mix in:
1 can sweet and condensed milk
Stir until creamy. Immediately pour over popcorn. Stir until popcorn is completely coated.
Note: This amount of caramel is perfect with 1 1/2 scoops - 2 scoops of popcorn kernels--We like it with lots of caramel!
